CHEESEY CORN WITH TORTILLIAS

Ingredients:
2 packages whole kernel corn
½lb Process Cheese Spread
½ cup green onions
¼ cup green peppers
½ stick butter
2 tablespoon cilantro
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE
2/3 cup crushed tortilla chips

Instructions:
In skillet cook onions and peppers in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Reduce heat to low, add corn, cheese and smoke. Cook until cheese is melted. Melt remaining butter in separate pan; stir in tortilla chips and cilantro, cook on medium heat 2-3 minutes. Spoon corn mixture into large bowl; sprinkle with tortilla mixture.
