SHRIMP CURRY

Serves 8-10

Ingredients:
2 lbs. cooked shrimp, peeled
2 boxes Uncle Bens Wild and Long Grain Rice
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can water
1 (8oz.) container cream cheese
1 tablespoon curry powder or to taste
¼ cup dry sherry
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Cook rice and let cool, add shrimp and toss to mix. In saucepan heat soup and water, add cream cheese in small pieces, add curry powder, smoke and sherry. When cheese is melted add to rice and shrimp, mix well. Pour into 9"x 12" oblong baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
