CRUNCHY PEA SALAD

Makes 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS:
1 (10 oz.) package frozen green peas, thawed
1 cup chopped cauliflower
½ cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped pecans
1oz. chopped green chilies
1oz. chopped pimiento peppers
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
1 cup Ranch Dressing
½ cup bacon bits

INGREDIENTS:
Combine all ingredients except bacon bits. Chill, garnish with bacon bits before serving.
