CLAM CHOWDER

Ingredients:
1 can chicken broth
¼ teaspoon thyme
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
½ cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 ½ cups milk
2 cans clams
2 tablespoon flour
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
¼ cup sherry
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In large sauce pan combine broth, potatoes, thyme, celery,onions, smoke and sherry,bring to boil. Cook over low heat about 15 minutes or until potatoes are done. Gradually add flour to cold milk mix until smooth. Slowly add milk into broth mixture. Add clams, salt and pepper. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
