BREAD PUDDING

Ingredients:
1 loaf stale French bread, cubed
2 quarts milk
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
½ cup raisins
1 cup chopped apple
1 tablespoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla
½ stick butter
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
In large bowl, put bread and add milk. Let soak 1-2 hours. Melt butter in 9"x12" baking dish. Add remaining ingredients to milk and bread, mix well. Pour into the baking dish. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve. See recipe for Whiskey Sauce.
