RED SNAPPER

Ingredients:
2 lbs. red snapper
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE
paprika

Instructions:
Cut fillets into serving portions.Place in a single layer in a well-greased 9"x 12" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Pour sour cream mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
