HAMBURGER SAUSAGE PATTIES

Makes: 8 patties

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. extra lean beef, ground twice
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup dry bread crumbs
1 tespoon salt
¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon sage
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
1 teaspoon lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix together beef and all other ingredients, Shape into 8 patties, place on rack with dripping pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
