BROCCOLI SALAD

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli
½ cup chopped red onion
4 slices crumbled bacon
½ cup raisins
½ cup pecans
1 ½ teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
¾ cups mayonnaise

Instructions:
Wash and drain broccoli. Separate flowerettes, dice stems into small pieces. In large bowl add broccoli, onions, pecans and raisins together.

Dressing:
Combine the other ingredients in medium bowl and whip with wire whisk until smooth. Pour over broccoli.
