GUACAMOLE

Serves:3 cups

Ingredients:
5 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
½ teaspoon ground garlic
1 medium tomato, chopped
¼ cup lime juice
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Mash avocados in medium bowl until slightly lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigate 1 hour.
