SPANISH RICE

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1 (6.8oz.) box spanish rice
2 cups water
1 (14oz.) can chopped tomatoes
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:
In large skillet, melt butter, add rice and brown. Add water, smoke and tomatoes. Cook over low heat for about 25 minutes.
