SPICED TEA

Ingredients:
5 cups water
2 cups apple-cherry juice
3 english breakfast tea bags
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cinnamon-apple tea bags
Apple-Cherry Cubes
4 ½ cups apple-cherry juice

Instructions:
In sauce pan bring water, 2 cups juice, cardamom and cinnamon to boil, on low heat simmer for 10 minutes, add tea bags and remove from heat and cover, let stand for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and chill. To make apple-cherry cubes pour 4 ½ cups of juice into ice trays and freeze. Serve chill tea over ice cubes.
