Instead of fresh vegetables, you may use frozen combination vegetables as you choose. Serve crusty bread with this.

Ingredients:
1 (8oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup sliced yellow squash
1 cup chopped white onion
3 cans chicken broth
1 can water
1 beef bouillon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQIUTE LIQUID SMOKE
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In dutch oven spray with cooking spray,saute onions for 3 minutes, add corn peppers and carrots for 5 minutes, add chicken broth, smoke and water cook for 10 minutes, add the remaining ingredients, and cook on low heat for about 5-7 minutes more. Wash all vegetables.
