BEEF BARBECUE

Ingredients:
½ cup water
6 pound chuck roast
About 1-1 ½ cups chopped celery
3 medium onions, chopped
1  (14oz.) bottle catsup
4 tablespoon barbecue sauce
3 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Colgin Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon Colgin NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Start on high then turn down and let cook all day. Pull the meat apart with a fork and serve on buns. Makes about 40 servings. This also freezes well.
