JERKEY MIX FOR 3 LB GROUND MEAT

Number of Servings: 3lbs of Ground Meat

Ingredients:
1 and ½ tablespoon tender quick
½ tablespoon accent or salt
½ tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
¼ cup A-1 Sauce
¼ cup COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
2 tablespoon COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Crumble meat out on cookie sheet or pizza pan. Mix dry stuff & sprinkle evenly on meat. Mix wet stuff & pour evenly on meat. MIX WELL! Then use “jerky gun”, OR, roll meat out 1/8″-¼” thick between Saran-Wrap, cut to size, then dry until it bends a little before it breaks. It will get “drier” as it cools down. This will fill 5 trays in a dehydrator.
