TURKEY HASH

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 cups white potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoon butter
½ cup chopped white onion
2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
½ cup chicken broth
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In large skillet melt the butter; add the onions and potatoes, simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes. Stir in the turkey, salt, pepper and smoke. Add the broth and cook until broth is gone. Top with cilantro and serve.
