BURRITOS

INGREDIENTS:
8 flour tortillas
1 [16oz.] can refried beans
½ cup chopped onion
3 teaspoon chopped jalapeno peppers
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 jar medium hot salsa

INSTRUCTIONS:
In saucepan, cook onions in 2 tablespoons water. Cook until onions are tender Stir in refried beans, smoke and jalapeno peppers. Cook stirring often, until beans are hot. Spoon bean mixture into each tortilla, add cheese on top of beans and roll up over filling. Place burritos seam side down on baking sheet; cover with foil and bake 10 minutes at 300F. Top with salsa before serving.
