BRUNCH BURRITOS

INGREDIENTS:
6 flour tortillas
8 eggs, beaten
¼ cup chopped green peppers
½ cup chopped white onions
2 tablespoon butter
1 cup shedded Cheddar cheese
1 jar picante sauce
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
1 (8 Oz.) container of sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS:
In large skillet saute pepper and onions in butter. Combine eggs, smoke and cheese with onions and peppers. Cook over low heat until eggs are set. Spoon egg mixture into tortillas add small amount of picante sauce and roll tortilla up, place seam side down in lightly greased baking dish. Top with remaining picante sauce. Cover and bake at 350F for about 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
