Ingredients:
1 lb. ground sirlion or round beef
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped pepper
1 (12oz.) can whole kernel corn
2 cups diced white potato
1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cans water
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In frying pan cook meat, peppers and onions until done, drain fat from meat, add all other ingredients put into baking dish and bake on 350F until potatoes are done remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese, return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Wash all vegetables.
