BROCCOLI AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS:
1 (16 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups wild rice, cooked
1 can mushroom soup
½ cup milk
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped white onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon butter

INSTRUCTIONS:
In sauce pan combine soup, milk and smoke, simmer until hot. In skillet melt butter and cook onions and celery. Add broccoli, rice, onions and celery to oblong baking dish, mix well. Pour soup over broccoli and top with cheese. Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.
