CAJUN HALIBUT

Ingredients:
4 halibut steaks, about 6 oz. each
1 tablespoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
rub marinate

Marinade:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground red pepper
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon lemon pepper

Instructions:
Brush each side of halibut steak with smoke. Combine spices together in medium bowl, sprinkle ½ teaspoon mixture over the surface of each halibut steak. Preheat oven to 450F, broil fish 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes.
