MOM’S KING RANCH CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless chicken breast, boiled & shredded
2 (8oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (16oz.) carton whipping cream
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, no substitutions on cheese
6 to 8 corn tortillas
2 tablespoon sliced Jalapeno peppers or to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
In large skillet, combine cream, tomato sauce and Jalapeno peppers, simmer 3-5 minutes. Spray baking dish with cooking oil, layer tortillas on bottom of pan, add chicken, add sauce, and add cheese. Repeat layers, bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
