2 (6 oz.) can tuna, water pack
2 cups mashed potatoes, cooked
½ can cream of celery soup
¼ cup chopped white onions
½ cup shedded Monterey Jack cheese
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE
1/8 teaspoon oregano
Drain and flake tuna, in saucepan mix with soup, onions, smoke and oregano. Simmer on low heat 2-3 minutes. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray. Turn tuna and soup mixture into pie pan. Place the cooked potatoes in a ring over the top of the tuna. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of potatoes. Bake in oven at 300 degrees until cheese has melted.
