WINE AND SMOKE MARINADE

For: 2-3 lbs. steak

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cups dry white wine
½ cup COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
½ teaspoon ground ginger
3 green onions, chopped
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine the ingredients in a oblong dish. Place the steaks in marinade, coating it well on both sides. Put in refigerator for at least 24 hours. Turning several times. Broil or grill, baste the steak with the marinade while it is cooking.
