CREAMY CHICKEN GRAVY

Number of Servings: 1 and ½ cups

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chicken broth
¾ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
In saucepan pour chicken broth, add cornstarch while broth is cold. Simmer broth, add cream a little at the time, add salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce is smooth, stirring constantly.
