SHRIMP BISQUE

serves 6

Ingredients:
16 oz. cooked shrimp, chopped
¼ cup chopped white onions
¼ cup chopped celery
4 cups half & half
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
In saucepan melt butter and saute onions and celery. Add flour and mix well. Add half & half, simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Add shrimp and smoke; simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
