CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CHOWDER

serves 4

Ingredients:
8 oz. cooked chopped chicken
4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
2 cups half & half
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
3 cups chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In saucepan heat chicken broth; add smoke, salt and pepper. Add broccoli to chicken broth; simmer 5-7 minutes. Add chicken, half & half. Simmer on low heat until heated. Top with cheese.
