FLANK STEAK

serves 2

Ingredients:
1 (10oz.) flank steak
1/2cup green pepper, sliced
1/2 cop white onion, sliced
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water

Instructions:
In saucepan combine water, liquid smoke, onions, peppers and mushrooms; steam until vegetables are soft. Sprinkle garlic, salt and pepper on steak; drain water off vegetables. Spread on steak. Roll up; secure with skewer. Place on rack in baking dish. Bake in oven, uncovered at 350F for 1 hour.
