SMOKEY SALMON DIP

makes 3 cups

Ingredients:
1 (16oz.) can salmon
2 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons horseradish
½ cup chopped green onions
2 drops COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper

Instructions:
Drain salmon, save 2 tablespoons salmon liquid. Combine salmon liquid with cream cheese and blend. Add lime juice, liquid smoke, horseradish and lemon pepper. Fold in green onions and salmon. Chill 2 hours. Serve on crackers.
