SPANISH CHICKEN

serves 4

Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground garlic
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces. Place chicken in oiled baking dish. Melt butter in small saucepan and combine the remaining ingredients. Pour butter sauce over chicken. Cover chicken and bake in oven at 350F degrees for 30-40 minutes.
