SMOKED TURKEY SALAD

serves 10

Ingredients:
2 lb. chopped turkey breast
½ cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled & chopped
2 cups red grapes
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup almonds
1 ½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup dry sherry
1 tablespoon Creole mustard
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In medium bowl, mix turkey, grapes, apple, celery and almonds. In small bowl combine the remaining ingredients and pour over turkey. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
