ITALIAN BEEF SKILLET

serves 6

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
½ cup onion
1 can (10oz.) tomato soup
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
3 cups cooked macaroni
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup water
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL MESQUITE LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In large stainless steel skillet cook meat, onions and seasonings. Drain off fat. Add liquid smoke, corn, soup, water, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer on low heat 5 minutes.  Add macaroni and heat through. Sprinkle with cheese.
