PECAN PIE

Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar
¾ stick butter, melted
1 cup dark molasses
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
In large saucepan combine eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla, smoke, and molasses, mix well and fold in pecans. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375F for about 45 minutes.
