CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked; diced chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL PECAN LIQUID SMOKE
2 tablespoon butter
1 cup crushed potato chips
1 cup white rice; cooked
½ cup chopped white onions
½ cup sliced almonds
1 teaspoon lemon juice
paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In oblong dish, melt butter. Combine all other ingredients together, except chips and paprika. Bake in 350F oven for 25 minutes, remove and top with chips and paprika. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
