BARBECUE MEATBALLS

Ingredients:
3 lbs. ground lean beef
2 cups quick oats
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup onion(small) diced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 large can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
add COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE to suit your taste

Instructions:
Combine first nine ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Form into small meatballs, place in non-stick loaf pans. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke and garlic powder to make barbecue sauce. Spoon sauce over each meatball. Bake in 350F oven for approximately an hour.
