Ingredients
2 lbs. beef chuck
2 tablespoon butter
½ cup sliced onion
3 cups diced potatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 TSP. COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE
1 quart water
flour, salt, and pepper

Instructions:
Brush meat with Colgin Natural Liquid Smoke, cut into small pieces, and roll in flour. Melt butter, add onion and cook until it turns yellow, and then add meat. When the meat and onion have browned, transfer to kettle and add water. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add other ingredients and cook 20 minutes.
