INGREDIENTS:
10 lbs. brisket
1 (4oz.) bottle COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE (use whole bottle)
Onion Salt
Garlic Powder
Celery Salt
One bottle Barbecue Sauce
3 teaspoon of spices or more to your taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place Brisket in a baking pan and sprinkle heavily with the two salts and garlic powder. Pour a bottle of COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE over it and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 250°F for 4 hours. Let it cool in oven. Pour off half of the fatty juices, remove brisket to a cutting board and cut into thin slices. Return sliced brisket to baking pan; add barbecue sauce. Refrigerate. Bake at 250°F for one hour prior to serving.
