TOMATO SALAD WITH BASIL

Number of Servings: serves 8

Ingredients:
6 large, ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 large red onion, sliced

Dressing:
1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
½ teaspoon Creole mustard
¼ teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Arrange tomato slices on platter. Top with onions. Prepare dressing in blender until smooth. Pour dressing over tomatoes and serve.
