VEGETABLE SALAD

Number of Servings: serves 6

Ingredients:
1 unpeeled cucumber, slices
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
4 oz. feta cheese
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Combine vegetables in bowl, add salt and pepper. In small bowl combine Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and vinegar. Pour dressing over salad. Mix well. Chill 1 hour. Add feta cheese and toss before serving.
