SHRIMP& AVOCADO SALAD

serves 4

Ingredients:
1 lb. shrimp, cooked & diced
2 avocados, peeled & diced
6 large black olives, sliced
3 tablespoons chopped celery
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste
lettuce leaves

Instructions:
In large bowl combine all ingredients together and serve on lettuce leaves.
