ARTICHOKE SALAD

serves 6

Ingredients:
2 (5oz.) jars marinated artichokes
1 (14 oz.) can  cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
½ red onion, sliced
1 teaspoon ground garlic
½ cup green olives
¼ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
½ green pepper, sliced
¼ teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
In skillet over low heat add oil and saute onions, peppers, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Transfer to bowl and cool, add the remaining ingredients. Toss to coat. Serve on lettuce leaves
