BEET SALAD

Number of Servings: serves 6

Ingredients:
2 cans (14oz.) beets, drained and sliced
1 green apple, peeled & diced
½ cup walnuts
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cilantro
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
lettuce leaves

Instructions:
In jar with lid, combine vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Seal and shake until ingredients are blended. Line salad plate with lettuce and top with beets, walnuts and apples. Sprinkle with dressing.
