PORK TENDERLOIN

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients:
1 lb. pork tenderloin, fat removed
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon pure honey
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon ground garlic
2 tablespoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except pork, in saucepan, mix well simmer on low heat 2-3 minutes. Pour sauce in plastic cooking bag, add pork tenderloin to plastic bag, marinate in refrigerator over night. Grill or broil tenderloin 30- 50 minutes. If boiled in oven preheat to 350F degrees.
