TUNA SALAD WITH PINEAPPLE

Ingredients:
2 cans water packed tuna, drained
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped white onions
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
½ cup chopped pineapple, drained
½ tablespoon capers
¼ teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 tomato sliced
lettuce leaves
2 tablespoon Chipotle Mayonnaise

Instructions:
Combine in a medium bowl, all ingredients except; tomato and lettuce. On salad plates, place lettuce, slice of tomato and top with tuna mixture.
