TURKEY AND SPINACH SALAD

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked turkey breast, cut into 1/4 pieces
2 lb. fresh spinach
1 box bowtie pasta, cooked
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
½ cup chopped white onion
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped

Dressing:
3 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup lemon juice
¼ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
¼ ground garlic
teaspoon basil

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients of dressing together. Wash spinach and remove stems, drain well, pat with paper towel. Tear spinach into small pieces. Pour half of dressing over spinach and toss well. Add the other ingredients to the spinach and the rest of the dressing.
