MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients:
3 lb. chicken wings
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup peanut oil
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except wings and Parmesan cheese. Cut wings at joint and add to marinade. Marinade wings over night. Next day remove from marinade, place in shallow oblong baking dish, add 1/4 cup marinade to dish. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until done. While hot sprinkle with cheese and toss to coat.
