SMOKIE MUSHROOM GRAVY

yield 1 cup

1 cup cold beef or chicken broth
2 tbs. flour
4 oz. sliced mushrooms,drained
1-2 drops Colgin Pecan liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In sauce pan combine broth and flour. Mix well,
until lumps are gone. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat, stirring contantly with a wire whip, until thickened.
