SMOKEY CHICKEN WING APPETIZERS

serves 4

20 chicken wings
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp. orange rind, shredded
1 tsp. garlic powder
1-2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

Cut chicken wings at joint. Place chicken in oblong baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients, simmer on low heat 4-5 minutes.
Brush wings with sauce and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 -40 minutes. Brush with sauce and turn ever 15-20 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce.
