SMOKED TURKEY BREAST

serves 4

1 tablespoon corn oil
1 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 turkey breast, skinned

Instructions:
  Preheat oven to 325F. Combine the corn oil, liquid smoke, garlic powder, ginger and pepper and mix well. Rub the mixture into the turkey breast and place it on a roasting pan. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes per pound. Remove from the oven and place on a serving platter. Pour any liquid in the pan over the breast before serving. It is good served hot or cold, and is excellent for making sandwiches and salads.
