Ingredients:
2 large boned, chicken breast, skinned
2 tablespoon creole mustard
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup corn flakes crumbs
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Cut chicken breast into small nuggets. In sauce pan melt the butter, add the smoke mustard, honey, mix well, add chicken pieces, toss to coat all sides of chicken. In medium bowl, add the corn flakes crumbs with the garlic and paprika: dredge the chicken nuggets in the corn flakes crumb mixture. Place the breaded chicken nuggets on a rack and dry briefly in the refrigerator so crumbs will adhere. Place them in a preheated 350F oven for 6-10 minutes, longer if needed. Serve hot with the warm honey-mustard sauce.
