TEXAS FLANK STEAK

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:
2 and ½lb flank steak
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 (4 oz.) bottle COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Place steak in glass baking dish. Mix all other ingredients in bowl. Pour over steak; turn to coat. Cover; chill overnight. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak; cook about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
